This session will be a series of conversations in a 'fireside chat' format with

Dr Adrian Burden, Festival Founder & Managing Director of Innovate Malvern CIC

Dan Barker, Host of the Thriving Three Counties Podcast

@apburden, @DanBarkerStudios

Adrian Burden chats with Dan Barker

Dan is the founding host of the Thriving Three Counties podcast, but his day job is industrial video production and product photography out of his studio in Ledbury. With a degree in mechanical engineering and an early career in aerospace engineering, Dan left the testing laboratory in preference for the 'dark room' and associated uncertainty of starting and growing his own business.

Dan Barker chats with Lucy Barkas

Lucy Barkas founded 3WH, a leadership and team development consultancy in 2013 after working as a leader in the energy industry. She works with Leaders and their teams to build organisations they are proud of. Author, Podcast host and regular BBC Radio contributor, her clients include private clients to international conglomerates. Lucy's bestselling book, LeaderX, presents a rally cry to the next generation of leaders to step up, take control and start leading with impact.

Short intermission

Dan Barker chats with Kristo Shivachev

Kristo runs Hereford-based product design agency, Simple Design Works. With a natural ability to explore, re-imagine and challenge normal thinking, the business is trusted by hundreds of household names and up-and-coming entrepreneurs nationwide, to develop new and exciting commercially viable products.

Dan Barker chats with Ruth Allsopp

Ruth is Operations Coordinator at Worcester Foodbank and Director at Worcestershire LitFest & Fringe. Previously she worked at local cyber security company Titania, initially as marketing manager, then VP Operations, and finally as a strategic project delivery manager.

We will move next door to The Grange, the home of BloomSpace, for an opportunity to network over some light refreshments. We'll then return to the Coach House Theatre for Innovation Insights later in the evening.
